Finally Another Post

Hey everyone,

So it's been close to forever since I've last updated my blog... not because I have nothing to say or show, but because I've been incredibly busy ever since graduating Flashpoint Academy.

After graduating Flashpoint Academy I was lucky enough to score a sweet internship over at Rockit Ranch Productions. Chicago's premier restaurant and entertainment development company, specializing in the creation, marketing and management of some of the city's top venues including it's latest concept, the new asian restaurant Sunda, as well as the Underground nightclub and the ever - popular Rockit Bar & Grill.

Yes I know what you may be thinking. Why would a film major want to intern at a production company that doesn't focus on film? Well the answer is simple... Chicago 2016 Olympic bid! CEO, Billy Dec, serves on the Chicago 2016 Olympic Committee as Director of Cultural Relations. Billy is currently working on a project where he goes around town, of course with yours truly and my partner in crime Ryan Berena, and interviews celebrities on why Chicago is so great and why the Olympics should be hosted here. Ryan and I film and edit these interviews so it's been a wild and crazy experience meeting all these celeb's face to face.

Anyway... the videos have just started being released today, starting off with Jimmy Fallon, Michelle Williams, and Shaun Hayes. There will be one celebrity interview released once a day until October 2, 2009, when the decision between Chicago, Toyko, Rio, and Madrid is made. So be sure to check them out! For any and all information on this, please visit Billy Dec's blog at... www.aChicagoThing.com

The work has not ended, Ryan and I both have at least 50+ celebrity interviews to edit, so the work has just begun. Be sure to check back for additional updates, I'm going to try to update as much as I possibly can.

Did I mention the celeb interview release party this thursday, August 20, 2009, at Rockit Bar and Grill located in River North on Hubbard St.... Check it out, come by, 20$ donation at the door, 7-9pm open bar, good times, see you there!

Thanks!

Updated Cinematography Reel

Hello everyone,

So if you have, or haven't noticed, my cinematography reel has recently been removed from my Flashpoint Graduate Portfolio page.  The reason for this is the fact that I never heard back from the record label in regards to obtaining music rights for my previous cinematography reel edit, so it had to be removed.

However, I have good news... I have made a re-edit of my cinematography reel to a song that I DO have music rights for and I have shortened the edit by nearly a minute.  This edit should be back on the Flashpoint Graduate Portfolio page by end of the day tomorrow hopefully.  Please enjoy.

Thanks!

Fish Tank Edit

Hello again,

So check this out...

One day I brought the camera over to my buddy Chris McKay's house.  He had a fifty galloon tank with multiple species of cichlid's in it.  Combine that with a gnarly, unique tank landscape, and I figured that make a neat short little edit.  It is quite short, but it works... I didn't want to make something like this go on for to long... I guess I want to leave you guys wanting more.  Hope it works, hah.

Chris has a new tank now, an even bigger, and I hope to get back over there with the camera to make another edit like this one, only longer.  So stay tuned for that and plenty of other edits, all soon to come!  So sit back, relax, and enjoy life under the sea.  Please enjoy!

Thanks!

Links

Hey everyone,

So unfortunately I wasn't able to take any pictures this weekend.  However, I did make a new Flickr account, since my old one was from a while back... I forgot my user name and password... it happens.  You can check out my Flickr by clicking on the link to the right in the link section.  I also added links to my Vimeo page and Portfolio page, if you have time please check it out!

I'm currently working on a fish tank edit, that will be done soon and posted on both here and Vimeo.

One day I brought the camera over to a friends house and filmed his fish.  As boring as fishtank edit may sound, the footage actually came out looking pretty good, plus my buddy has a gnarly tank with gnarly fish.  You can check out some clips of the fish by viewing my cinematography reel, there are various clips featured in that.

So...

Check back soon for that fish tank edit and some photographs!

Thanks!

Flashpoint Academy Portfolio

Hello again,

So I finally have a spot on the Flashpoint Academy website!  Me and the rest of the school that is...

Check it, click the link below to see my reel, which is already featured on my blog, and my resume, which is not already featured on my blog.

Flashpoint did a great job with these online portfolios which feature students reels/work samples, resumes, email, and even links to personal websites/blogs.  Special thanks to Rachel Landry and Audrey Welling for putting together everyones portfolio, and an extra special thanks to Peter Hawley for pushing me to get it done sooner rather than later.

Click the link below to access the portfolios for all four disciplines.

On a side note... hurray for warm, sunny weather!

Hopefully this portfolio will help me get employed.... we'll see... fingers crossed.  I hope to have some photos to share with you all by the weekend, stay tuned for more updates!

Glass Blowing

Hello,

So as promised, here is the glass blowing edit I talked about in my previous post.  This edit is a demo reel for Ben Tullman, glass artist.  This demo reel was made for, and shown at, "One of a Kind" art show at the Merchandise Mart, Chicago, IL.  Filmed at Chicago Hot Glass, this video showcases Ben Tullman's skills as a glass blower.  Unfortunately, since the process of creating a glass piece takes a few days, there is no footage of the finished piece.  This video basically gives you a visual of the process of glass blowing, definitely awesome stuff!

This was an extremely awesome video to work on.  Ryan Berena and myself arrived at Chicago Hot Glass without the slightest clue as to how we were going to film it.  But, we quickly caught on, and besides the extreme heat, it was definitely a fun video to work on.  This was the first time for both us that we were exposed to glass blowing, and now I'll stop talking and share that experience with you.  Please enjoy...

Thank you!

Please enjoy.

@ Properties Promotional Video

Hello again,

So I guess I'm on a role with posting videos... it's about time right?

Anyway...

Heres a @Properties' video a small group of us made at Flashpoint Academy.  I participated in the cinematography end of it, and my partner in crime Ryan Berena did the editing, which is fantastic.  This video was made for promotional use on the real estate company, @ Properties' website.  This promotional video features highlights of the Chicago neighborhood, Lakeview/Wrigleyville.

I'm also going to be posting a glass blowing edit later as well... which is definitely worth watching.  More information on that later... when it's posted.

Don't forget to check back soon!  I'll stop talking now, please enjoy!

Thanks!

Cinematography Reel

Hey everyone,

Sorry for the delay, but I finally have something to show everyone, and will have more by this weekend.  Here is my cinematography reel, which is basically a collection of work that I filmed while attending Flashpoint Academy.  I'm constantly working on this, so stay tuned for updates.  Also look out for a link to my portfolio page on the Flashpoint Academy website, which will coming soon!  Please enjoy.

Thanks!

Come Back

Hey everyone,

So it's obvious I haven't posted anything within the last month, however, this is all about to change quite soon.  It's been quite hectic lately, which correlates directly with the lack of posting, but my mind, in the blogging world, is back on track and I plan on putting a lot of new goodies up on here really soon.  So stay tuned!  Thank you for your patience.

Thanks!

Tonight The Prom Music Video

Hello again,

Told you I'm back on track, look at that, three post's in two days...

Anyway...

So a couple weeks ago Paul Matian contacted me about shooting a music video for the band, Tonight The Prom.  Tonight The Prom is a local Chicago band that is quickly gaining notice in the public eye.  You can check them out at... TTP's Myspace - CLICK HERE!

My sister, family, and friends are all down for TTP, so when I was offered a chance to be the director of photography, or cinematographer, on their first music video I immediately became willing.  On top of that, Paul Matian is a gnarly dude, and I've been wanting to work with Paul for quite some time.

Paul and I grew up in the same neighborhood.  We both enjoy hockey, skateboarding, film, and unknowingly we both ended up going to the same school, Flashpoint Academy.  The only difference being, of course, is that Paul works there, while I'm just a student.  Here are some production stills from the shoot, enjoy!

Oh yeah, I stole these pictures off Paul's blog.  Check out Paul's blog by either clicking the link on the right side, or just simply CLICK HERE!

The band, Tonight The Prom.

Paul and I working out our most challenging shot.

We had a pretty good sized external monitor.

Latter dolly = GNAR.

Hair malfunction.

Filming in progress.

Once we got going, we got going.

Why not?

The crew!

Stay tuned for additional updates, music video coming soon!

Thanks!

Recent Photography

Hey everyone,

So over the last few months, despite how busy I was, I still managed to snap some photos here and there.  I decided not to use a vignette on these, or did I just forget to?  Anyway, here are some of those photos, more is on the way so make sure you check back soon!  Enjoy...

Check back soon for more photography!
...Oh, a video is on the way!
Check out some gnarly photo manipulation in the meantime, it's worth it.

Thanks!

The Come Back

Hello everyone,

So it's become apparent that I haven't updated my blog in quite sometime.  It's not because I'm to lazy or that I lost interest in blogging, but because recently I've been busier than ever.

Let me tell you what's been going on recently...

School has been hectic, of course.  We graduate in early May, which is exciting because we're the first graduating class in Flashpoint Academy history.  With graduation not very far away, it has basically become crunch time here at Flashpoint.  Currently I'm trying to gather all my film material together and compile my reel/resume so I'm all ready to go once I graduate.  On top of that, I've been participating in multiple student films here at Flashpoint.  So that alone is an enormous amount of work.

Oh yeah, this is cool...

Recently I shot a music video for the band, Tonight The Prom.  You can check them at...

http://www.myspace.com/tonighttheprom

Anyway, here's what you can expect over the next couple weeks.

1)  Production stills from the various shoots I was on.
2)  Production stills from, Tonight The Prom, music video.
3)  My cinematography reel.
4)  A little skateboarding edit.
5)  Some photography I've done over the last month.
6)  Anything else that comes to mind.

Check in daily for updates!

Thank you for your patience.

"Flashing Lights" Part II, by Michael Bartello

Hey everyone,

It's time once again for some more, "Flashing Lights," photos.  There's nothing to special about these photos; they were taken in the car on my way back from Wisconsin.  Some came out pretty nice, others I probably shouldn't of posted, but whatever.  I'll stop talking now, please enjoy, much more is soon to come!

Check back soon for more photos, videos, and photo-blogs!  There's definitely a video on the way that will probably be up in a day or so, make sure you visit back soon!

Oh yeah, before I forget.  What do you all know about fish-tank landscape photography?  My cinematography teacher, Alan Thatcher, sent this link to me, and now I'm passing it on to you all.  Enjoy!

Thanks!

Slacking?

Hey everyone,

So if you haven't already noticed, I've been kind of slacking on posting.  However, all thats about to change soon, in fact, right now.
This past week has been quite hectic.  With the Flashpoint students starting their third round of student films, pre-production mania has engulfed everyones lives, including my own.

On February 18, 2009 we wrapped on filming, More Than This, a short flick written and directed by none other than Josh Gort.  It was definitely a fun shoot to be on, and since Josh has been my good friend for quite some time, I was glad I could help him out.  My role on the film was gaffer, which I really enjoyed because my partner in crime, Ryan Berena, helped me out a lot.  Definitely a good warm-up for the film that I will be shooting next week, Whitewashed, written and directed by Mr. Roberto Navia.

Currently I'm trying to gather all the on-set photos taken on-set of, More Than This, and compile them into a photo-blog.  Therefore, check back shortly for additional information, including cast/crew details and a complete photo-blog, coming soon!

Oh yeah, I failed to mention that I've got some new links up, located on the right hand side of the page.  I definitely suggest you check them out, especially, "Filmmaking 101," Peter Hawley's blog.  Aside from being an awesome guy, Peter is also the dean of the film department at Flashpoint Academy.  Definitely a lot of valuable material worth checking out on his blog, along with everyone else's.

So heres what to expect this week...

1)  On-set photo-blog of, More Than This.
2)  "Flashing Lights" photography, part II.
3)  A film, I haven't decide which one yet.
4)  Whatever else comes across my mind.

Make sure you check back shortly, lots of new stuff on the way!

Thanks!

"Urban" by Michael Bartello

Hello again,

So as I was scanning my sketches I also realized that I forgot about some photos I shot in Chicago last year.  The title is lame, I know, but it fits the bill, so whatever.  More photos are still to come, I'm fascinated with the Chicago architecture so that will most likely be the subject.  But who knows what could happen.

Oh yeah...

The students of Flashpoint Academy start their third round of student films soon.  I'm currently working on two films at the moment...

1)  Whitewash,  directed by Bobby Navia.
2)  More than this,  directed by Josh Gort.

I'm the director of photography (cinematographer) on Whitewash, and gaffer on More Than This.  This means that not only will I be extremely busy this next month, but I'll have quite a few photo-blogs to post.

Anyway, hope you enjoy the following photos, check back soon for more!

Want to see some pretty epic HDR (high dynamic range) photos?  This will blow your mind, nothing screams inspiration to me more than these photos.  Definitely a must see, click the link below.

Oh, and if your a fan of high-speed photography check this out.  Definitely worth taking a look at, just click on the link below.

Thanks!

"Faces" by Michael Bartello

Hey everyone,

So I was going through my sketch book's and realized/thought...

1)  My drawings are quite unusually outrageous.
2)  I have a lot of old sketches that I should scan.
3)  Why would anyone want to look at these?

Whatever, here's a few sketches i've done over the last few weeks.  I have plenty of older one's as well, which I'll post at a later date.  Stay tuned for more photography and video that I think you'll enjoy watching, coming soon!

Thanks!

"The Yoojzh" Rough-Cut

Hello everyone,

So the rough-cut is done!  Basically Ryan Berena and myself edited a twenty minute rough-cut in three nights.

Night 1 - three hours of sleep.
Night 2 - four hours of sleep.
Night 3 - zero hours of sleep.

I basically spent the last couple of days sleeping, attempting to get my sleep track back on schedule.  We'll see how that goes, so far I'm failing.

But yeah, the documentary still needs a lot of work.  We have the core of it completed, but still need to make an introduction and figure out a way to end it.  Also we have an entire Louisville, Kentucky edit that we have to add and plenty of b-roll.  It's currently twenty minutes in length, however, by the time it's completed we will be close to forty minutes in length.

If your interested in seeing it let me know, I have a copy of the rough-cut on me most of the time.  I'd like to get as many opinions on the edit as possible in order to best improve the final-cut.  Your opinion matters!

Please stayed tuned, I'll be posting little 30 second teasers of the documentary soon.  More pictures and sketches on the way as well, so please, check back soon!

Thanks!

Old Skate Photos

Hello again,

I found these pictures lurking within my computer, thought I'd share them with everyone.  These photos range anywhere from a year ago to about three years ago.  I'm sure I'll find more/take more soon.  Enjoy.

Myself again, back in the day trying to get down.

Just a couple of old pictures.  I'll add more as I get them, which shouldn't be to long, I think we're going skating this weekend so I'll try to remember to take some.  Hopefully I'll come across another gnarly sunset soon and snag a photo, I've been getting into those lately for some reason.

Also, I should have another photo-blog coming soon, I believe one of those is over-due.  Be sure to check back soon, I'm going to be adding an old skateboard edit I made featuring some Arizona footage.

Thanks!

Recent Photos

Hey everyone,

So over the last few days I've managed to snap a few photos, their nothing spectacular, but hopefully you'll enjoy them.  Check back soon for more photos, sketches, and videos, coming in hot!

These pictures were taken in Ryan's basement while we were editing the documentary.  Slow shutter speed and a dark basement work wonders when your just messing around.

These two pictures were taken in my backyard during the half-time of the Super Bowl.  I was outside having a cigarette and I saw a sunset I couldn't pass up.

Check back soon for more updates on, The Yoojzh!

Thanks!

"The Yoojzh" Update

Hello everyone,

So heres what's going on with, The Yoojzh.

Originally, or rather ideally, we wanted to release, The Yoojzh, on February 6, 2009.  However, it doesn't look like thats going to happen, that date is only when our documentary is due for our documentary class.  Turns out we have a lot more footage than we thought, twenty-five P2 cards worth of footage.  This is roughly over twenty hours of footage that we have to some how squeeze into a 15-20 minute documentary.  Should be fun.

Although this project was originally an assignment for our documentary class, we took it to another level and decided to go all out and release this to the public, which is why we are putting a lot of extra effort into post-production.  We will definitely have a rough-cut of done by tomorrow to hand into class, but the final-cut won't be done for another couple weeks.  Unfortunately though, the rough-cut will not be posted for the public eye simply because it's only a watered down version of what the final-cut will be and we don't want to spoil anything.

All I have to say is prop's to this man right here, Ryan Berena.  Working late/all nighters, sick, and still making magic.  Oh, did I mention...

Check the magic man himself, Ryan Berena, in, The Yoojzh.

Stay tuned for more updates and the official release date for, The Yoojzh, a documentary about skateboarding.  Who knows, maybe a second trailer will be released, so check back soon!

Thanks!

"The Yoojzh" Trailer

Hello again,

Do I have some good news for you all...

The skateboarding documentary trailer is up!  We ended up changing the name of the documentary from, February, to, The Yoojzh (the usual).  We realized our documentary had nothing to do with February, besides it's release date, so the title had to go.  The Yoojzh, documents the actions of a group of Mid-West skateboarders and their experiences through the winter months of November 2008 - January 2009.

Featuring:
Kevin Kuczkowski
Tony Labarbera
Alex Villasenor
Joe Gigele
Mike Piwoar
Bart Chrobak
Tony Michal
"Nasty" Nate Panek
"Real" Mike Bembea

Make sure to check back soon for additional updates regarding, The Yoojzh.  Finally, without further delay, please enjoy our official unofficial trailer of, The Yoojzh, a documentary about skateboarding.  Please pardon the incorrect aspect ratio.  Thanks!

Freedom Documentary

Hello everyone,

So a few months ago our school gave each of us the task of creating a short documentary to help promote the 2008 presidential election.  Upon completion, select videos were then sent to the Chicago McCormick Freedom Museum to be entered in a contest.

Well of course Ryan and I worked together on it and although we both hate politics, we actually had a lot of fun making it.  We were able to interview Andy Sisomboune, Matt Levy, and Mark Levy and get their opinions on current politics and the 2008 presidential election.  This project was also another opportunity to hit the streets of downtown Chicago and film at various locations around the city, which is what we love.

Our documentary did get selected by the McCormick Freedom Museum, however, we didn't win the the final contest.  No big deal though, it was fun making it and a tremendous experience nonetheless.  Please pardon the incorrect aspect ratio.  Enjoy!

Introducing Kevin Kuczkowski

Hello everyone,

Just got off the phone with Ryan, we should have the trailer for, February, up on Vimeo pretty soon.  But, until then check out this edit of Kevin Kuczkowski, a Chicago local.  Filmed and edited by Ryan Berena, see more of Kevin in, February, a documentary about skateboarding.  After the video be sure to check out more little edits like this from Ryan on Vimeo, Enjoy!

My First Student Film

Hello again,

Here is my very first student film that I've done at my school, Flashpoint Academy.  When I was writing it I had a whole story line to go with it, however, some of my actors fell through unfortunately.  Therefore, last minute I changed the whole meaning of the film.  Rather than convey a story, I decided to concentrate on all visuals and let the audience come up with their own story for it.
The footage Ryan Berena and myself shot is all located within downtown Chicago, mostly within the loop during the winter months of 2008, and featuring Michael Falco. Yes, we froze while shooting this, but it came out better than expected surprisingly.  Please note that I plan to go back and re-edit the footage sometime in the future.  I'll stop talking now, please pardon the incorrect aspect ratio and enjoy the first cut of my first student film, Socialize.

Interview Photo Blog

Hello again,

We are just about done filming for the skate documentary, February, we just need a little bit more b-roll footage and interviews or Ryan and myself.  That trailer coming this week!

Anyway...

The other week we interviewed Joe Gigele, and thanks to Josh Gort and Alex Villasenor, we have a photo blog of it.  Thanks a lot guys, enjoy!

Mr. Gigele himself, posing for the camera.

That man wants to get interviewed!  Even when there is no one around.

Josh decided to jam while we were trying to set-up.

This picture is pretty sick, props to Alex Villasenor.

Alex looks confused while Joe goes Hollywood.

Yeah...we use various gels to achieve maximum satisfaction.

Gigele, moments before we roll camera.

I found a new place to store my cigarettes, hands free!

Gigele's getting pumped, can't you tell?

Finally, roll camera.

Ryan Berena posting up, manning B-camera, smoking cigarettes.

Alex, scoping out the interview before it's his turn.

February, coming soon!

I just want to take this time to thank everyone who Ryan and myself have interviewed.  I know the process is nerve racking, long, and uncomfortable, but thank you for your dedication.  Once again, special thanks to Josh Gort and Alex Villasenor for the pictures, and extra special thanks to Josh Gort for letting us use his place to conduct the interviews.  Stayed tuned for more photo blogs and videos, all soon to come!

Thanks!

"Flashing Lights" by Michael Bartello

Uprise Warehouse Photo Blog

Hello again,

First of all I want to say sorry for lying, I wasn't able to get the videos up this weekend because Ryan and I were extremely busy wrapping up filming for this documentary.  But I swear I'll get videos up as soon as I can, hopefully sometime this week.

Anyway...

So on Saturday Ryan and I visited the Uprise Warehouse to do some filming for the documentary.
And yes, I followed through with my photo blog idea!

Our crew consisted of...

Tony brotha, he the man.

This is Muggles, I mean Alex, rockin' the stash.

Ryan Berena, man on a mission.

Myself, wishing I could rock a stash like Alex's.

After getting down on a gnarly photo session, we eventually met up with Kevin and Justin at the Uprise warehouse to get down to business.  We started off just skating the park and getting warmed up, did I mention the warehouse wasn't heated?  Well it wasn't, and there were numerous times where Ryan and I swore we caught a case of the frost bitten toes, which put a damper on the comfort factor.  However, despite the cold the warehouse was amazing and had a lot of fun obstacles to skate.

This picture does no justice to the warehouse, my apologies.

We ended up going with the duo of the classic flood light...

...and our school's light to light up the quarter pipe.

Tony brotha, lurkin' on us as we set-up lights...admiring the magic.

We stepped it up with some dolly action for ultimate viewer satisfaction.

Tony and Alex got down, mission accomplished...great job!

Overall it was a successful mission.  We wanted to capture a lot of footage on the quarter pipe, which I'm certain we did.  The dolly shots we got look great as well, which tends to happen when you use a dolly.

See Alex, Tony, Kevin, and Justin in, February, a documentary about skating,  due out February 6, 2009.

More photo blogs soon to come, I know this one was kind of week, however, they will only get better so stay tuned!  Oh yeah, more photography and sketches soon to come as well, check back soon.

Thanks!

Saturday, January 24, 2009

Finally...

Aloha everyone,

So after being without my digital camera for quite some time, I'm finally getting back into the groove and snapping some pictures.
This means two things...

1.  More Chicago photography.
2.  Photo Blogs!

Everyday ends up being an adventure in some way or another.  Especially since we've started filming for this documentary, life as been everything but normal.  So now that I got my camera up and running, I can share these experiences through various photographs and brief captions.  Should be quite entertaining so say the least...I look forward to seeing what comes out of this.

For example...

This is Tony.  He likes having good times.

This is Tony 30 minutes later...still having good times.

See Tony, and many more in, February, a skate doc.

I'm hoping to get some videos uploaded on here by the end of the weekend.  Photo blog's and new sketches of mine, coming soon!

Thanks!

Final Countdown

Hello again,

The skateboarding documentary, February, is undergoing it's final phases of production.  Due to the strict deadline of February 6, 2009, this will be the last weekend of filming.

Ryan and myself feel quite confident that we have plenty of coverage...seeing as we have at least ten hours worth of footage, roughly seventeen P2 cards worth of material.  Sunday we all plan on going to an indoor park or warehouse to finish filming as well as wrap up any other interviews we may need, should be a good time all around.

Sleepless nights of editing are approaching, stayed tuned for more updates about the skateboarding documentary as well as the teaser trailer, all soon to come!

Thanks!

Skateboarding Documentary Update

Hello again everyone,

So over the weekend we traveled up to Racine, Wisconsin to Captain Ron's skate park...
Overall I feel the trip went quite successfully.  Everyone seemed pretty excited to skate and get clips for the documentary despite the fact that the park was very compacted.
So yeah...as far skating goes...mission accomplished.

However...
As far as filming went...I'd like to say we broke even.
We had a two camera shoot with the Panasonic HVX.  One camera had the fisheye, the other we hooked up to Ryan's dolly, so the shots look beautiful.
Only problem being is the lighting in Captain Ron's was really dull.  Therefore, when it comes time for post-production we're going to have to go back and color correct a lot of that footage.

Nonetheless, I think you guy's will really enjoy that portion of the documentary, it was an overall success.

Oh yeah...
You may have noticed I posted several pictures/sketches that I've done.
Hope you all enjoy them, I have plenty more sketches, pictures, and videos shortly to come.

Thanks!

Skateboarding Documentary

Hello again,

If you don't already know, a Chicago-land skateboarding documentary is currently undergoing production.

Who?
Ryan Berena and myself are currently making a documentary featuring some of Chicago's finest skateboarders.

What?
A documentary focusing on the struggles Chicago skateboarders face during the winter months.

Where?
Chicago and the near suburbs.

Mission Statement

Hello everyone,

Yes my middle name is Herman...

With that out of the way, I'd like to inform you of what to expect from this blog, and the various pleasures you will encounter, which will be beyond your wildest dreams.

1.  Videos will be posted!  Which was originally the purpose of creating this blog in the first place.

2.  Sketches that I draw everyday on my train ride to and from school will be posted.

3.  Projects I'm working on, and projects that are soon to come will be revealed.

With that said, please allow me sometime to get everything up and running.  Once all the material I have is up, there shouldn't be a problem keeping this updated.

So make sure you visit frequently!

Thank you.
